Otun Balogun of Ibadanland, High Chief Femi Olaifa to be buried today

The remains of the Otun Balogun of Ibadanland, High Chief (Dr.) Femi Olaifa, who died Thursday evening w‎ould be interred at his family compound in Idi Aro area of Ibadan South East local government area today, DAILY POST has learnt.
Olaifa, a Muslim, according to a source would be buried in line with Islamic rites.

DAILY POST learnt that his burial was delayed in order to allow some of his children who are outside the country to be present at the burial.
DAILY POST reported yesterday that Oliafa passed on at the University College Hospital (UCH), Thursday evening.
He was a Veterinary Doctor by profession and was appointed as an Adviser to former President, Shegu Sagari during the Second Republic and was thereafter appointed as a Minister but without portfolio.
