We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Head of Product Management

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.

Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with knowledge of digital channels and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with a track record of leading successful product portfolios.

Strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management, including ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, market research, and customer insights to inform decisions.

Background collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement.

Proven leadership experience managing product teams, setting priorities, and driving cross-functional alignment.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills suitable for senior leadership settings.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and strong time management.
