Food Concepts Graduate Trainee Program blends classroom learning, structured on-the-job training, mentoring, and practical work experience to equip a Food Concepts Graduate Trainee with the skills required for leadership positions in the quick-service restaurant industry.

Food Concepts Graduate Trainee Program supports the operations of Chicken Republic, one of the flagship brands of Food Concepts Plc and exposes a Food Concepts graduate trainee to key areas such as restaurant operations, customer service, food quality and safety, financial control, people management, and sales development. Throughout the Food Concepts Graduate Trainee Program, participants will work under experienced managers while developing the operational and leadership competencies required for career advancement.

Requirements for Food Concepts Graduate Trainee Program

Candidates applying for the Food Concepts Graduate Trainee Program must have:

1. WAEC/GCE/NECO result with five credits including Mathematics and English

2. B.Sc./HND in any related field with minimum of Second-class lower division (B.Sc.) or Lower credit (HND)

3. Have completed NYSC with 0 to 2 years work experience
