Requirements

The recommended years of experience for this role is 3 to 7 years, with a focus on process design experience.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and experience in process design are often preferred.

3.) Chief Technical Operations Officer

Requirements

The recommended years of experience for a Chief Technical Officer are typically at least 10 years in IT and management,
Candidates should have at least a Master's Degree or Ph.D. in IT or business administration fields.

4.) Construction Manager

Requirements

Recommended years of experience for Construction Manager typically range from 5 to 10 years with Bsc and necessary certification in the field.

5.) Asset Integrity Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Corrosion Engineering.
5-10 years in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on asset integrity.

6.) Senior Risk Based Corrosion Manager

Requirements

Experience in risk management, financial analysis, and compliance is essential, with at least 5-7 years in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills are also required.

7.) Naval Architect

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field is required.
10+ years in senior positions, such as Principal Naval Architect or Project Manager, often requiring leadership experience.

8.) Marine Superintendent

Qualifications

Applicants must be a holder of B.Eng. in Mechanical/ Marine Engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in similar position.
Interested applicants must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Nigerian marine environment and maritime laws.
Must be positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated and must demonstrate high level of professionalism and PWF representation.
Ability to delegate positively, demonstrate follow-through on all vessel maintenance issues
Must be a team player with administration and crew
Must possess excellent decision-making skills
Must be an excellent communicator with clear and direct excellent managerial skills and ability to set and meet goals and deadlines.
Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
