Job Summary:
The Logistics Customer Service Representative at GUO Logistics will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient handling of parcels and courier services across multiple locations. The role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating parcel movement, routing and tripping, ensuring proper packaging, registration, and inspection of all items, while maintaining high service standards that reflect the GUO brand’s commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance on parcel booking, rates, delivery timelines, and other logistics inquiries.

Coordinate the routing and tripping of parcels to ensure prompt dispatch and timely delivery across all GUO Logistics locations.

Supervise and verify proper packaging, registration, and inspection of parcels before dispatch to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Track and monitor parcels in transit and proactively update customers on delivery status or any service delays.

Maintain accurate shipment documentation including waybills, manifests, receipts, and proof of delivery.

Handle customer complaints, claims, and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth coordination between terminals and delivery points.

Record and maintain customer data and transaction history accurately in the CRM system.

Support revenue collection and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.

Promote GUO Logistics services by maintaining a positive and professional image in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: At least 1–3 years of proven experience in logistics, courier services, or transport operations, preferably within a structured logistics company.


Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong understanding of parcel handling and logistics operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking tools.

Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.

Work schedule for this job role is as stated below:

Mondays to Sundays (with one day off every week)

7:30am- 1:30pm morning Shift.

1:00pm - 8:00pm Afternoon Shift.

SALARY: 110,000
