Description

Job Grade: AM - MGR

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, Economics, or related discipline.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, MBA or related field will be an added advantage.

Relevant professional and data analytics certifications will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 8–12 years’ relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, retail banking analytics or related roles, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

2.) Regional Manager, Retail SME

Qualifications & Experience

A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree is an added advantage.

Recognized professional certification such as ACIB, etc.

10 years in sales with at least 3 years in team management role.

3.) Data Scientist

Qualification & Experience

Mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in STEM, computer science, Engineering, or related field

Practical experiences in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning (Tensor flow), Statistical Modelling, Quantitative Analysis, Forecasting, Data Visualization.

3-6 years working experience as a data scientist or business data analyst, preferably in the financial services industry
