What is the fate of BLORD now?

If BLORD had registered his Business, BLORD with CAC, he has the legal ground to contest the trademark VDM registered which is still open for contest.

BLORD has the grace to contest it within two months from the date VDM trademark the name BLORD under the TradeMark Act

He can argue that the trademark is confusingly similar, deceptive, or registered in bad faith to his business name
