We are looking for a professional Facultative Underwriter to join our Lagos team. 

The preferred candidate will have: 

▪️ Strong experience in reinsurance underwriting, with exposure to facultative business

▪️ Solid understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles, pricing, and contract wordings

▪️ Proven ability to analyse risk, negotiate terms, and manage portfolio performance

▪️ Experience working with brokers and cedants, ideally within Anglophone West Africa markets

▪️ High integrity, sound judgement, and strong stakeholder management skills
