INEC To Present Certificates Of Return To President Buhari And VP Yemi Osinbajo Today

Shortly after declaring President Buhari winner of Saturday's presidential election, INEC chairman Prof. Mahmood Yakubu confirmed that certificates of return will be presented to the president-elect Muhammadu Buhari and his vice, Yemi Osinbajo at 2pm today.

The presentation ceremony will be held at the National collation center in Abuja.
