Only 3 Lagos APC senatorial aspirants cleared
Lagos have received clearance to contest in the primaries.
They are Senator Oluremi Tinubu (Lagos Central), Senator Solomon
Olamilekan Adeola (Lagos West) and Senator Bareehu Olugbenga Ashafa
(Lagos East).
The list was approved by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the
party on Tuesday.
The exercise will hold across states this week.
This comes amid confusion in the governorship primary.
The NWC have kicked against the elections that took place on Tuesday
and called for it to be rescheduled.
But the Lagos APC chairman, Tunji Balogun, has announced Babajide
Sanwo-Olu as the winner.
