2019: President Buhari to receive his nomination form on Tuesday despite criticisms

President Muhammadu Buhari will officially receive his presidential
Nomination Form and the Expression of Interest on Tuesday, the News
Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reports.

The event will hold at the new Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa,
Abuja, at 11.30a.m.

The forms will be handed over to Buhari by the socio-political group,
the Nigeria Consolidation Ambassadors Network, NCAN, which purchased
it for the president.

Recall that NCAN had last week Wednesday purchased the Expression of
Interest and Nomination Forms for Buhari.

NCAN's National Coordinator, Sanusi Musa, had said the group could not
hand over the documents to the president immediately after purchase
due to his China trip.

He said: "The president is just back, so we have not yet presented the
form to the president. We are in the process of sending it. We will
send it to him.'
