Gombe NOA director dies one month to retirement

Gombe State Director of the National Orientation Agency, (NOA), Alhaji
Mato Yakubu Dukku is dead.

A press release on Tuesday signed by the Public Relations Officer of
the agency, Mohammed Danladi made the announcement.

It said Dukku, 59, passed on Monday night.

The statement further stated that the late Director died after a brief
illness at the Federal Teaching Hospital in Gombe.

Dukku died barely one month to his retirement from service.

Dukku, it was gathered, resumed on Monday but left before noon after
he complained of been dizzy due to the medication he took for cold and
catarrh.

He was rushed to the the hospital later that evening.

The deceased is survived by a wife and 8 children.
