Chelsea owner open to sell Hazard as Barcelona make move

Catalan giants, Barcelona are preparing a move for Eden Hazard with
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich open to selling the Belgian.

The skillful forward has just two years left on his current deal with
Chelsea and is stalling over signing an extension.

According to The Sports, the former Lille of France forward wants to
leave Stamford Bridge this summer and Barcelona are now working on a
deal to lure him to Camp Nou.

The sports outlet claimed that Chelsea's failure to secure Champions
League football for the coming season was one of the key reasons the
Belgian was looking elsewhere.

It claimed that Hazard is 'tired' at Chelsea and wants to leave as he
feels the club are no longer able to match his personal expectations.

And Abramovich is said to be ready to sell Hazard as he is considering
selling the club, although he has not yet received an offer.

After missing out of Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann, Barcelona
are now exploring the possibility of signing Hazard

The Catalan club is aware that it would be difficult bringing the
Belgian to Camp Nou and believe the transfer could cost in the same
region as the £142 million.

Speaking on Monday, Hazard suggested once again that he would be open
to joining Real Madrid this summer.

"I think Real is everyone's dream," Hazard told beIN Sports.

"Zidane or no Zidane, the white jersey [of Real] is special but the
blue jersey suits me well so it does not bother me if I stay.

"For now, it's the World Cup. As I have said at least 100 times, I am
in Chelsea and for the moment nobody has made me an offer."
