Real Madrid speaks on reducing Ronaldo’s transfer fee to €120million

Real Madrid have denied reports that the club has lowered Cristiano
Ronaldo's €1billion release clause to just €120million, in a bid to
sell him this summer.

OK Diario claimed that the LaLiga giants initially reduced the clause
to €400million, before later knocking off another €280million.

The Spanish publication added that the new clause exempts Barcelona,
any other club in Spain and Paris Saint-Germain.

It also claimed that since Madrid cut his release clause by
€890million, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and AC Milan had all
informed the Ronaldo's agent they are ready make a move.

The report has since been rubbished by Real Madrid, according to Marca.

Marca insists that the European champions will insist on the full
release clause, before the 33-year-old is allowed to leave the
Santiago Bernabeu.
