MKO Abiola: Shehu Sani reveals only person with details of June 12 struggles

Shehu Sani, the senator representing Kaduna Central district has revealed the only person with the details of MKO Abiola’s struggle before and after June 12 1993.

Sani writing on his Twitter page said Fred Eno, Chief MKO’s personal assistant was the only person who knows every detail about the June 12 struggles.
He further criticised those claiming to have details of the past events after President Muhammadu Buhari conferred honour on MKO Abiola.

The Kaduna lawmaker wrote “Many of them have abandoned June 12 for over 20years. They said it’s dead and they have moved on.They don’t even attend June 12 anniversary events.
“Suddenly because PMB honoured MKO,they are retrieving their perfidious diaries from the dust and rewriting their history.
“Mr Fred Eno, Chief MKO’s personal assistant was the link between the Chief and the Political Class, the media and the Civil society.

“He was also the link between the Chief and Nelson Mandela and the ANC of South Africa.He coordinated the struggle until his arrest and imprisonment.
“Nobody in the Whole of Nigeria knows more about Chief MKO Abiola and the struggle for June 12 like Mr Fred Eno, his personal assistant. Fred is a custodian of all that happened, but remained quite since his release from Enugu Prison twenty years ago.”
