Director- General of consumer protection council Mr. Babatunde Irukera has stated that the council will take action against vanguard newspaper and Ochereome Nnanna if the print media regulators fail to act against the platform and the editor. He stated this on twitter in a series of tweets this morning in response to the call by another twitter user, Dr. Joe Abbah that Nnanna should step down as chairman of Vanguard editorial board.
