BREAKING: Sex-for-marks: OAU sacks professor Richard Akindele

The Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife has sacked Professor Richard
Akindele for allegedly demanding sex from Monica Osagie to upgrade her
mark.

We reports that Richard Akindele, a Professor in the Department of
Accounting, in the institution was alleged to have asked a female
student for sex in order to help her pass exams.

However, following numerous court appearances, the Vice Chancellor of
the school, Eyitope Ogunbodede on Wednesday announced the sack of the
lectureer at a press conference in Ife.

Ogunbodede said the Governing Council found Professor Akindele guilty
of all the charges against him.
