Copa del Rey: Messi, Suarez, Iniesta to miss Barcelona’s game against Celta Vigo

Barcelona will rest Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Andres Iniesta, for their Copa del Rey clash against Celta Vigo on Thursday.
Messi and Suarez only returned to training on Tuesday, after being given a few extra days off.

Barca have not played since they beat Real Madrid on December 23.
Coach Ernesto Valverde has hinted that neither would be involved in Vigo, saying on Wednesday that he would not take any unnecessary risks.
Iniesta only returned from a calf problem at the end of December and will be reserved for the return of LaLiga on Sunday, when Barca host Levante at Camp Nou.
Ousmane Dembele is back in the squad. Barca’s club-record signing has not played since September.

Paco Alcacer and Samuel Umtiti are both still missing with injuries, while Rafinha, Gerard Deulofeu and Arda Turan have all been omitted from the squad.
Barca will host Celta in the second leg of the round-of-16 tie next Thursday.
