Tax evasion: Enugu govt seals five hotels

The Enugu State Board of Internal Revenue, early Wednesday morning sealed-off five banks over their alleged refusal to pay tax.
‎The action followed order of an Enugu State High Court.

DAILY POST reports that the operation, which involved several teams of the board affected Toscana, Nondon, Hotel Cordial, Allen Suits and Filbon Hotel.
Chairman of the board, Mr. Emeka Odo said the hotels would remain sealed until the owners complied appropriately.
