Delta State Govt fixes IPMAN depot election for December 1 to avert crisis

In order to avert crisis, the Delta State Government through the Executive Director on Security to the Governor, Hon. Reginald Dombraye has fixed the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, IPMAN, Warri Depot election for December 1.
DAILY POST reports that the Delta State Government decided to fix the election since all avenues to resolve the feud among members of IPMAN have failed.

A statement signed by an IPMAN official, Yusuf Adams and made available to DAILY POST confirmed the report.
The statement said the election which will hold at the Cenotaph behind the Done High Court road, Asaba is slated for 9.00am.
The Statement also enjoined all accredited marketers to endeavour to attend.
According to the Statement, “Buses have been provided at Wellington hotels to convey marketers to and from Asaba.”
