Buhari writes NASS, reveals when he would present 2018 budget

President Muhammadu Buhari has written a letter to the House of Representatives on the 2018 budget.
In the letter, the president sought to present the estimates of the 2018 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly on Tuesday, November 7.
