Champions league: Mohamed Salah to miss Liverpool, Sevilla clash
The £36.9million summer signing was sent home by the club’s medical staff after reporting ill for training yesterday.
Salah’s absence tonight would be a blow as the pacey winger has scored three goals in his opening six matches for the Reds.
A fine start to his Liverpool career was rewarded with the Standard Chartered Player of the Month award for August.
“I’m very happy to have this start with the team and to help the team win points and win games. I’m very happy to be here, it’s like my family. I’m happy to be at the club with these players,” Salah recently told Liverpool website.
