said the state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode will deal decisively with the
leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu if he tries
to hold a rally in the State.

declaration that he would soon visit Lagos State as part of his
sensitization and mobilization of Igbos towards the actualization of
Biafra.
The lawmaker, who represents Epe constituency II in the State Assembly warned Kanu to steer clear of the state.
The Chairman of the House Committee on Health Services stressed that
Ambode and people of the state would not fold their hands and allow
anyone disturb the peace that is enjoyed by residents in the state.
Speaking with The Independent, the Chairman of the House Committee on
Health Services said: “I think as a state, we will be ready to curtail
any act of insecurity in Lagos state. We will not fold our hands and
allow anybody to cause crisis and breakdown of law and order in the
state.
“Governor Akinwunmi Ambode will deal decisively with anyone
threatening to shut down the state. If any fellow is threatening to shut
down our state, he should go back to where he is coming from. He is not
welcome in Lagos state. Lagosians will resist it.
“The government of Lagos will resist it and we will ensure that
nobody truncates the peace we enjoy in Lagos. I see his threat to hold a
rally and shut down Lagos state as an empty threat. Lagos is not like
