Anambra guber: You are Lilliputians – APGA chair, Oye hits Obiano’s rivals

The national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Dr. Victor Ikechukwu Oye, Thursday, boasted that the state governor, Willie Obiano has no rival in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
Oye described those contesting the seat against the governor as Lilliputians.

According to the party leader, Obiano had done wonderfully well in his four years administration and deserved to be reelected in the fort coming November 18 governorship election.
Oye, who addressed APGA UK delegates on a solidarity visit, said that members of the party are children of God who do not believe in any other thing except the power of the Holy Spirit that protects them.
He, however, said that they will do everything possible to protect APGA despite fight from opposition, who want to ruin the governor and his good work in the state.

According to him, “we can never allow anybody to destroy APGA; we can never allow them ‘torpedo’ the beautiful vision of our action governor in Anambra state. We are going to hold our primaries peacefully and our governor after due process wins, we will work for him to ensure that he is sworn in peacefully.

“He is going to win the election; he has no competitor, forget what people are talking. All the people fighting for Anambra governorship aside Obiano are ‘political Lilliputians’. They do not have any capacity and have nothing to offer. So we know them and my men are ready”, he said.
Speaking further he said, “We do not seek for trouble, we are the children of light and we do not run away from trouble either.
“If you come with trouble, we will give you trouble in quantum, that’s the beauty of democracy.”
