Hearing in the murder trial of four persons linked to the killing of
Port Harcourt-based human rights lawyer, Ken Atsuwete has been adjourned
till November.
DAILY POST reports that the matter was billed for hearing today before the High Court in Port Harcourt.
How it could not be heard by Justice B.G Diepriye who then adjourned the matter till 16th November.
The four accused persons, who were brought to court in prison
uniform, are standing trial on nine counts of conspiracy, murder,
kidnapping, armed robbery and cultism.
It could be recalled that Ken Atsuwete died last September after gun
attack at Aluu, in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.
