The Legal Practitioners Privilege Committee (LPPC) has added 10 more
lawyers to the candidates shortlisted for consideration and admission
into the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2017.
This was made known in a public service announcement signed and
issued by the Secretary of the (LPPC), Ahmed Gambo Saleh on Friday
According to the announcement, LPPC said it would “welcome
contributions from the general public to further determine the character
of the individuals named for the award.
“All those who have comments, observations or concerns about the
individuals should make 20 copies of their respective correspondences
and address them to the committee.”
It could be recalled that barely one month ago, LPPC unveiled 91
legal practitioners for consideration for the top bar

The following 10 persons were the fresh additions made to the
previous shortlist after undergoing clearance procedures conducted by an
independent appeal panel in accordance with the guidelines of the LPPC:

2. Daniel Enwelum
3. Nasser Abdu Dangiri
4. Salman Jawondo Ayinla
5. Olumide Andrew Aju
6. Sunday Samuel Obende
7. Oluwatoyin Ajoke Bashorun
8. Jephthah Chikodi Njikonye
9. Michael Folorunsho Lana
10. Tuduru Uchendu Ede
