Fani Kayode reacts to N200m bail on Dasuki

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has expressed joy after
a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja granted bail to the former
National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (retd) on Monday.

We recalls that Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu, on Monday ordered that Dasuki
be released on bail in the sum of N200million and two sureties in like
sum.

In a tweet on Tuesday, Femi-Kayode said that he hopes the Department
of the State Security Service (DSS) will respect the court and release
Dasuki.

"Glad that the court has granted bail to my friend, Col. Sambo Dasuki
after spending over 2 years in detention.

"This is the 6th time the court has granted him bail and on each
occasion, the SSS failed to release him.

"Hoping that on this occasion, they will obey the courts and do so," he wrote.
