Nigeria vs Argentina: Super Eagles’ player who asked for Messi’s shirt revealed

Super Eagles' second-choice goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, was the
player who swapped shirts with Lionel Messi, after Argentina's 2-1 win
on Tuesday night.


Messi had opened scoring in the game, before Victor Moses equalized in
the second half from the past.

Marcos Rojo fired home a late winner with six minutes left.


And after he had celebrated the victory at full-time, Messi was
approached in the tunnel by Ezenwa.

The 29-year-old has won 24 caps for Nigeria and plays for Enyimba
International of Aba.

Ezenwa did not feature at all in Russia, with Francis Uzoho manning
the posts for the three games.
