Ekiti election: End of Fayose, PDP has finally come – Buhari’s ally, Njeze

A former House of Representatives member and a chieftain of the ruling
All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Ejike Njeze, has said that the
Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, is only a strong noise maker.

Njeze, who is an ally of President Muhammadu Buhari, said the governor
has failed in delivering good governance to the people of Ekiti State,
and vowed that the end of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has
finally come in Ekiti.

The Enugu-born politician said this while fielding questions from
DAILY POST, adding that Fayose lacks the strength to defeat the APC
and its candidate, Kayode Fayemi in the Saturday's governorship
election.

"I know Fayose is a very strong noise maker. He's an empty noise
maker, tell him I said so.

"If it is being strong by delivering good governance to the people he
has failed. He has failed his people on that.

"I don't know where he is going to grab his strength to defeat Fayemi.

"Fayemi was one time governor; his record will speak for itself. So I
think we should leave these things to their records because; both were
governors.

"And if you see the contest between the two, you are entitled to your
opinion even though I know Fayose has completed his tenure and yes we
know that he is supporting his stooge.

"The man he wants to impose on the Ekiti people; and I know today
Nigerians are getting wiser and smarter.

"You know he is a noise maker and he is trying to impose a stooge on
Ekiti people and he thinks the people are going to be that stupid to
swallow it, time will tell."
